I am anticipating this latest browser from Netscape but I fear too much damage has already been done and this little browser designed to fully comply with five key Web standards (HTML 4, JavaScript/EcmaScript, CSS-1, XML, and the W3C DOM), may be too late as most people now use IE4 or 5 and we, web designer/producer types, won’t be able to reap the benefits of a truly standards compliant browser.

Whether you have been a long time 'fan of alt text or just finding it now, I am very glad you are here. This has been my home on the web for writing, design, and experimentation since 1998. For a site that has been around as long as Alt Text, there aren't a lot of posts. I have only republished a small fraction of the posts that I have made over the years.
